In the local park I have watched the trees dancing in the wind.But as the wind dies down so the trees become still.We can be like those trees in the christian life.We become spiritualy still if the hily Spirit does not work in are lives.We need the holy Spirit so much if we want to grow as christian with spiritual life.One christian writer has said

This article will now look at ten things about the Holy Spirit that will help us grow as christians.
1:We can grieve the Holy Spirit.
"And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption."Ephesians 4:30
2:The Holy spirit is Gods promise to the church
"So that in christ jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles,so that we might recieve the promised Spirit through faith."Galations 3:14
3:The Holy Spirit teaches us about christ.
"But when the helper comes,whom i send to you from the father,the spirit of truth,who proceeds from the father,he will bear witness about me."
John15;26
4:The Holy Spirit comforts us.
"And i will ask the father,and he will give you another Helper,to be with you for ever."John 14:16
5:The Holy spirit convicts us of sin
"Neverthless,I tell you the truth,it is to your advantage that i go away,the helper will come to you.But if I go ,I will send him to you and when he comes ,he will convict the world concerning sin and rightousness and judgement."

6:The Holy spirit gives us fruite
"But the fruite of the spirit is love,joy,peace,patience,kindness,goodness,faithfulness,gentleness,self control;against such things there is no law."Galations 5:22,23

the utterance of knowledge acorrding to the same spirit.." 1 Corinthians 12;7-9
9:The Holy spirit converts us
"Jesus ansewerd him.truly,truly,I say to you,unless one is born again,he cannot see the kingdom of God."John 3:3 Born again means born from above.A spiritual birth by the Spirit.
10:The Holy Spirit leads us.
"For all who are led by the Spirit of God are Sons Of God."Romans 8:14
